Discovering Bellringing is an introduction to the world of English church bell ringing, told through the ringers, communities, and towers that keep the tradition alive. A short promotional documentary commissioned by the Central Council of Church Bell Ringers and filmed in 2023.

Following the release of George Perrin's Udemy course on bellringing, Ropesight, the Central Council of Church Bell Ringers approached George Perrin to discuss producing a promotional video about bellringing. After several months of planning, filming took place over one week in April 2023.
The shoot began in Northern England, with filming at Skipton and Barbon. A day was then spent filming with the Kent Young Ringers at Aylesford, before the project concluded in West Sussex with sessions at Horsham, East Grinstead, Itchingfield, and Shipley.
Vicki Chapman and Steph Pendlebury organised the filming schedule and the ringers involved at each tower, with additional support from local ringers at every location.
